Mark O’Halloran, Managing Director

Mark began his career at Linden Homes, where he worked from 1995 to 1999. In 2000, he joined his father’s company, Halbren Homes Ltd, before going on to establish Ashtead Developments.

Supported by a highly experienced team, he’s clearly built a diverse skill set in managing projects and working with a variety of clients and other industry professionals.

He works closely with the architect design team and engineers, overseeing the sub contractors to ensure consistent high standards. Over the years Mark has completed and delivered hundreds of new homes ranging from housing developments to multi apartment schemes and commercial properties.

Mark and his team are committed to efficiently delivering high-quality results on time and within budget which are a key part of their success.
