A Wealth of Experience & Expertise

Parent company, Halbren Homes Ltd was started by O’Halloran & O’Brien as a speculative property development company in 1982.

In 2000, Mark O’Halloran joined his father, establishing the company as a second generation, family run business.

With the economic changes of 2008, Mark started Ashtead Developments, to use his wealth of experience, expertise and know-how in offering clients a set of diverse services to build their developments from start to finish.
